My name is Lauren and I believe whole-heartedly that our bodies offer a pathway to our Truths, our Knowing, and our own inner wisdom. I have experienced first-hand the alchemy and magic that is possible when we are safely guided inside of ourselves, back home. I also know first hand how incredibly scary, uncomfortable and outright terrifying it can feel to be inside of a body, especially one that carries pain and has been harmed, neglected, or abused. With my personal experience, along with my training as a Somatic Sex Educator and Sexological Bodyworker, it is my deepest pleasure to be able to share this practice with you.

I am a sex worker, an auntie, a sister, a gardener, a burgeoning beekeeper, a dancer, singer, cook, and devoted ritual-maker.
