Sunny Body
Ever seen a lizard or a gator sun bathing? The heat, the Vitamin D, all can do wonders for your mental and physical health. It's possible it might also be pleasurable. If you can find a sunny spot outside or inside where the light can touch your body through a window, see: what it's like to allow the sun to touch different body parts? What’s it like for the sun to touch your genitals? Your asshole? Your tongue?
Try different shapes: What’s it like to do a downward dog with your asshole to the sun? Or a happy baby pose with yourself exposed to that bright ball of fire in the sky? How does the sun impact your movement, your breath? If it feels good, what about it feels good?
Perhaps try it first thing in the morning: What’s it like to wake up and walk directly towards the sun? How does it affect your body? Does the warmth send a smile over your eyes? Can you let the sun’s glow fill you up? How does it affect the rest of your day?
*Hot tip: spending a few minutes with the sun first thing in the morning can help to reset your body’s circadian rhythm which can help with insomnia.
