Fantasy Meditation
Fantasizing about our erotic life can be a really supportive way to awaken new neuropathways towards pleasure. In fact, there is a saying that imagination is our first form of movement. In our minds we can cultivate pleasurable places, people, experiences, and even begin to sense them in our physiology.
However, we are often shamed into thinking that fantasizing about someone or something that we wouldn’t engage in in real life is wrong, or maybe not even consensual. But having fantasies in our heads, outside of the world of reality, is a rich and vibrant place to explore our erotic life.
Sometimes fantasies pop into our heads unexpectedly, maybe when we don’t feel welcoming of them. Starting to actively cultivate a fantasy life can start to give us choice, thus empowering our fantasies to have a place in our life when we want them.
Below is a guided meditation to explore your sub-conscious fantasies.
