This is an invitation is to document yourself as you see yourself in your pleasure.

Often 'selfie's' or even photographs or videos themselves are often taken for someone else, or to share online or in artistic presentation. This is not that. This is a chance to document yourself in YOUR most authentic expression of your own pleasure, FOR YOU. There are a lot of ideas about what we think is sexy, or how we are supposed to look - this is a chance to play with HOW YOU WANT TO LOOK AND FEEL.

Start by taking a moment to day dream on this question:

How does your most pleasureful, relaxed, confident, turned-on self feel?

How does your most pleasureful, relaxed, confident, turned-on self want to be seen?

You might imagine fragments of an image: maybe a location or an outfit, or a pose, a movement, a sensation, maybe you get a sense of how you feel in this image. You can start with just one thing - you don't have to know how it will turn out. Remember this is FOR YOU. You can always decide later to show it to someone if you want.

You can use your phone camera. I recommend using the video setting and then you can always grab stills from the video later.

Take a little time to gather any outfits, props, make-up or hair-dos and don'ts but keep it simple. Can you enjoy the process of creation? See what feels comfortable, easeful, and what lights you up.

What impulses arise? Any movement? Self-touch? Follow YOUR PLEASURE.

Notice how you're feeling: naughty? silly? weird? fabulous? All welcome...

Finish when you feel complete or use a timer or playlist to let you know when to end.

Reflection: What's it like to look at your images/video after? Attraction? Repulsion? Pleased? Embarrassed? Interesting? Just notice what you notice

*Modification: If you do not want to photograph yourself, you can day dream on the image of yourself and write about it, draw it, or even record a voice note to yourself.
