Chest Massage
Chest or Breast Massage. A powerful but effective way to connect with yourself. This is something you can do daily or just when you need a little more connection to your body or emotional self. This practice can be a pleasurable way to slow down and check in with yourself. This is also a way to bring more sensitivity to these tissues.

Before you begin, have some massage or coconut oil nearby - that makes it extra juicy. If you have scars you'd like to heal, you can use castor oil for added scar tissue healing. *In the video I forget to show the part that I poured oil in my hand. ;)
