Have you ever worn a pair stockings and ran your fingers over your thighs or gusset, feeling tickled and teased? Or have you ever received a massage with nothing but a sheet between you and the masseuse, creating a different, perhaps pleasurable effect? Or maybe you have experienced the way certain fabrics can really seduce you? Velvet or silk anyone? Or how about being touch while wearing lingerie or even socks?

This is an invitation to keep your clothes on or get under a sheet or soft blanket. So often skin to skin touch is wonderful but alternatively, being teased under clothing is quite an experience.

You might play with different textures or go to your favorite shirt or blanket. Whatever you choose, consider it a play date - a chance to get curious and see how touch feels through the fabric.

You might also play with slowly pulling the fabric or clothing off of you...

You might cover some or all parts of your body - noticing which parts like to be covered and which like to be exposed.
