Quick N Easy

Just because we don't have a lot of time doesn't mean we can't have pleasure. And we don't always need to try something new and fancy. Sometimes the most simple things can bring us the most joy and pleasure. This is a practice of keeping it simple.

Invitation: Do something you know already brings you pleasure.

Whether its eating strawberries, jerking off with your favorite vibrator, sipping tea, gardening...etc.

Now do it with the intention of making it even more pleasurable. You can ask yourself: How could this be 10% better? Follow your impulse. Notice habits and notice shifts.

What doesn't bring me pleasure?

How can I be creative in experiencing pleasure?
