Water Water Everywhere
This is an invitation to play with your relationship to water. We might be used to drinking water from a glass or taking a shower, or putting on a raincoat when its raining. This prompt is about noticing your current relationship to water and perhaps considering a way you might like to experience water in, on, or near your body.
You might start with filling a cup, bowl or pitcher, or some special vessel with water. Maybe you collect water from a special place, or when it rains, fill a container, or a visit to a beach provides salt water. Or maybe you come across a puddle that entices you.
Perhaps sit with your vessel or near your water source. Take some deep breaths. Notice your body in relation to the water. How do you feel? Where do you feel the pull? Do you want the water in, on, or around you? Or maybe none of those things?
How does the water influence your movement? Your breath? Your imagination?
How does the water taste? Feel on or in your body?
Reflections

How do you know notice thirst? How do you notice quench?
